(also, why the fuck has NOBODY mentioned that the exact same thing -- in fact I would argue dirtier, albeit not more violent -- happened hmmmm.....LAST YEAR?)
keep in mind that this happened essentially in mop-up time.....anyways...to the reads:

Duke Image Suffers Black Eye
Then, rather shamefully, Krzyzewski fired a subtle but unmistakable shot right back at Roy Williams. After saying all the right things, he had to say one catty thing.
(There was only so much falling upon the sword Coach K could tolerate, right there in the Dean Dome after getting his head handed to him. Taking the high road is always easier when you're beating Carolina on a regular basis, which Duke isn't doing anymore.)
"The game was over before that," he said. "I mean the outcome of the game, let's put it that way. That's unfortunate, too, that those people were in the game in that play. Maybe this wouldn't have happened."
So there. Hansbrough had it coming for playing mop-up minutes in a double-digit win.
For the record, Krzyzewski later said, "We should have probably both had our walk-ons in."
Also for the record, Krzyzewski was calling timeout with 50 seconds left and his team down by 13. So he clearly didn't think it was walk-on time at that point.
And Doyel
(in response to this lovely exchange)
How many games did you suspend Christian Laettner for when he stomped on the Kentucky player? (Gregg Doyel, CBS Sportsline)http://www.sportsline.com/columns/story/10042792
K: First of all, would you call that a stomp?
Absolutely, I’ve seen it over and over.
K: Well then my judgment and yours differ.
I’ve got some glasses. Are you serious?
K: I’m not going to get into it with you, because you would always want something controversial.
I would just like the truth sometimes, that is all.
K: No, believe me. There’s nobody that likes the truth more than me. After the season we’ll talk about 1992. I would rather talk about 2007 right now.
If y'all have any questions about how to do things like I've done here, just post them here and I'll try to clear any issues up.
