You can type in the song or artist you want to listen to....and then you can. I think it is legal because it is offshore and there is no downloading you are just listening to songs from the website.
P.S.- I am going to the Citizen Cope concert tonight and i found an awesome cover he did of "Karma Police" you should listen to it (just type in Citizen Cope at the above website). Also, he is going to be at the Cat's Cradle this tuesday and i bet it would be an awesome live show.
